Now I don’t give a tart’s furry cup what they taught you at plod training school. If you don’t wanna look like a total twonk, then I suggest you follow these simple rules.

Rule 1: Wear a proper coat, and drive a proper car.
Rule 2: Hunches. Now, you never, ever dismiss a hunch just because the facts don’t fit. If the person you fit up deserves it I will back you to the last. He’s bound to have done something bad in his past anyway.

Rule 3: The fairer sex. Now I don’t like it, and I know that you don’t like it, but for whatever reason, birds are now part of the force. However, it’s within our best interests to keep them happy! Because when it comes to filing and making cups of tea they are little gems.
